    Zahrabel Events

  1. Purchase of all tickets for Zahrabel Events are strictly non-refundable.

  2. The Purchaser may transfer his or her ticket to another attendee and must notify Zahrabel at least 1 working day prior to the Event.

  3. Z@Home Hampers

  4. All orders shall be strictly subject to availability.

  5. Delivery of orders shall take place from Wednesdays to Saturdays between 3pm-6pm or 6pm-9pm.

  6. Pick-up of orders from Zahrabel Dining Club shall take place from Wednesdays to Saturdays between 6pm-9pm. Failure to pick-up orders on selected pick-up dates shall result in forfeiture of such orders.

  7. Orders shall be completed at least 2 business days in advance of delivery date.

  8. Orders shall be completed upon receipt of payment.

  9. All published prices do not include delivery charges, which shall be detailed during the final checkout process.

  10. All payments shall be received by Credit Card.

  11. All payments received shall be non-refundable.

  12. Cancellations shall be received within 1 business day of the delivery date.

  13. Recipient's signature shall be required upon delivery.

  14. Zahrabel shall accept no responsibility for incorrect delivery details provided.

  15. All deliveries and pick-up of orders shall be suspended in the event of Typhoon 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning.

  16. Zahrabel reserves the right to substitute goods of equal value in the event of supply difficulties.

  17. Zahrabel reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.

  18. All matters or disputes in connection with the Z@Home Takeaway Hamper range shall be subject to the final decision of Zahrabel.
